Compensation: $45 per hour for LPN Employment type: Sunday/Monday Overnight (7pm-7am) Preferred Job title: LPN Supervisor We have an IMMEDIATE need for hands on LPNs and invite you to join our Team now. The 80th Street Residence is an upscale Assisted Living Community entirely dedicated to Memory Care for 70 Residents. We are a small community and work very closely together to be sure our Residents receive the best care and socialization possible. That is why we invite you to apply now. Please be ready to send or bring us the following: * Your current NYS License * 2 types of valid ID, such as a Passport, Drivers License, Learner Permit, Non Driver ID card * PPD test results dated within the last 30 days or copy of Chest X-ray results * MMR Test Report * Social Security and BLS Card Our Nurses work 12-hour shifts and are responsible for medication administration, learning and adhering to NYS Dept. of Health Regulations and the overall well-being of our Residents as well as the oversight of our Home Health Aides As a fully licensed Assisted Living Residence with Certification for both Special Needs and Enhanced Assisted Living, we are required to do pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
