About the role

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Maurice was co-founded by a team with over $1.3 billion in recent exits. We provide real estate developers with AI agents platform that fill their customer funnel with qualified prospects. We run self-driving ad campaigns across Meta and Google to create demand. Then voice, video and email agents answer every inquiry within seconds, in 40+ languages, around the clock. Our follow-up engine keeps working each lead until it's qualified or gone, and then hands it to the on-site sales team with the full conversation history. Condo developers, brokerages, and apartment owners get one accountable line from ad spend to signed contracts and leases. In our first 4 months, we have reached a 7-figure ARR.
THE ROLE: You'll be one of our first Account Executives, and you'll help optimize our playbook. You'll own the full cycle: find the developers, multi-family unit owners, brokerages who are losing deals to slow follow-up, show them what that costs, and close them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Build your own pipeline. You'll prospect condo developers, brokerages, and multifamily owners in South Florida and beyond, using outbound, events, and the relationships Miami real estate runs on. Run sharp discovery. You'll understand the positioning of our customers' assets, their marketing pain points and how they make buying decisions. Build a success plan with customers to ensure we are maximizing the value we're delivering to them Demo the product in terms of the buyer's own project: their inventory, their buyer markets, their sales team. Write proposals, negotiate, and close. Deals involve developers, sales directors, and marketing leads, and you'll manage all of them. Work closely with Customer Success to ensure the Success plan is being delivered Bring what you hear in the market back to Product and Marketing. Objections, competitor moves, and feature gaps should come to us from you first. Keep the CRM accurate and forecast honestly.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: First 30 days: You know the product well enough to demo it cold, you've mapped your territory, and you're running first meetings. First 90 days: You've closed your first deals and have a six figure pipeline. First year: You're hitting $500K+ in quarterly sales consistently and have helped shape how Maurice sells. YOU'RE PROBABLY A FIT IF You have 3-5 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, proptech, or real estate, and a record against quota you can walk us through deal by deal. You're a hunter. You've built pipeline from nothing, not just worked inbound. You have a track record of overdelivering on sales quota You can explain AI in plain business terms, without jargon or hype. You're comfortable in a developer's boardroom and on a sales gallery floor. You like building things. Early-stage work is messy, and that appeals to you. STRONG PLUSES You speak Spanish or Portuguese. Existing relationships with South Florida developers, brokerages, or marketing agencies. Experience selling to marketing or sales leaders on a performance or ROI basis.
WHAT WE OFFER: Market-competitive compensation, with uncapped commission
Equity in an early-stage company Health: medical, dental, and vision Time off: 20 days PTO + 10 paid company holidays 401(k) Paid parental leave A real ramp: reduced quota for your first [60–90] days while you build pipeline Client entertainment budget for dinners, and industry events Early influence: you'll shape the sales process, the product, and the team you'll eventually help build

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
