Experienced Hydraulic Hose Technician

Role Description: The Hose Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Katy, TX. In this role, the technician fabricates, assembles, and repairs hydraulic hoses and related components according to specifications and customer requirements. Daily tasks include measuring and cutting hose, identifying and installing correct fittings, crimping and testing assemblies, inspecting hoses for wear, damage, or leaks. The technician works directly with customers and team members to identify issues, recommend solutions, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe work area, maintainjng machinery, organizing inventory, following safety procedures and company standards, and documenting work performed.

Qualifications: Ability to measure, cut, assemble, and test hydraulic hose and fittings using appropriate tools and equipment. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic systems, industrial equipment, or related repair work. Strong attention to detail, including accurate measurement, labeling, and documentation of hose assemblies and orders. Commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety guidelines. Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers. Ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift; comfortable working in a shop environment. Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work a consistent full-time schedule and support team priorities. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hydraulics, hose fabrication, or industrial/mechanical work is preferred.\nCompany
