About the role
- Defined Benefit Plan experience required
- Pension plan administration, retirement benefits, annuity, or financial services experience required 3+ years' experience in a customer service or related position required
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access) required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university preferred 1+ years project management experience preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or similar certification preferred
- Understanding of annuities and life insurance products
- Data reconciliation and/or data analytic skills
