About the role
Leading the Experimentation team, the full-time remote CRO Team Lead will manage the experimentation roadmap, drive optimization initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
Own and drive the experimentation roadmap, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, execution, analysis, and implementation
Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities across the customer journey, including CRO, upsells, and post-purchase experiences
Monitor conversion, revenue, customer behavior, and funnel performance to drive growth
Required qualifications
Higher education in a relevant field
Knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing, CRO, and experimentation
Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to turn data into actionable business insights
