About the role
Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Designer/Sr. Designer to create trend-right, customer-focused products aligned with category strategies.
You will translate market insights into concepts and support the end-to-end design and development process from concept through final execution. You will develop innovative concepts, collaborate with design leadership, cross-functional partners and vendors, and balance creativity with cost targets to deliver on-time designs that meet brand objectives.
