About the role

Embroider We are seeking a skilled Embroiderer to join our production team. This is a hands-on, temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced professional who can operate embroidery machines, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality finished products
Set up machines, including threading and material preparation
Monitor embroidery runs for accuracy, alignment, and quality
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor machine issues
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Perform heavy lifting as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production needs clearly

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience operating embroidery machines
Strong knowledge of embroidery and sewing techniques
Experience with machine setup and threading
Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift heavy materials as required
