About the role

Driving cross-functional analytical initiatives, the full-time Strategy & Analytics Manager will manage complex partner performance data from lead generation through yield, ensuring data integrity and building analytical infrastructure while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate multi-stakeholder analytical initiatives across various departments, managing workstreams from problem framing to insight delivery Conduct detailed analysis of partner performance data to support long-term growth strategies and facilitate stakeholder conversations Build and maintain analytical pipelines and reporting workflows in collaboration with BI and data engineering teams to ensure data governance and access Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in an analytical or strategy leadership role, such as business analytics or corporate finance Strong proficiency in Databricks and advanced SQL, with foundational knowledge of data governance principles Familiarity with AI productivity tools and advanced Excel skills for data transformation workflows Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau Bachelor's degree with a proven record of achievement in a quantitative field
