About the role

Zocdoc is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to architect and scale our TA operations from the ground up. You’ll own the stack, knowledge hubs, dashboards, and cross-functional governance with Legal, People Systems, and Total Rewards. You’ll lead a small team of Recruiting Coordinators, drive process discipline, and ensure data integrity across systems in a fast-paced, global environment.
