Policy Analyst Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Policy Analyst for a contract to hire position that can be worked 100% remotely. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: The Policy Analyst is responsible for defining and implementing access control policies to ensure data security and compliance. Collaboration with Business System Analysts is essential for clarifying requirements and optimizing policy effectiveness and efficiency. Implement access control policies using the SecuPi tool. Translate business requirements into technical configurations. Serve as a tool administrator. Maintain and optimize access control solutions. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Experience with Data Masking, Row-level security, and user access enforcement. Ability to implement attribute-based access control and de-identification logic. Experience with database security and tool configuration. Self-starter with excellent communication skills. Preferred: Experience with tools such as SecuPi, Protegrity, or Immuta. Experience in the healthcare industry.
