Role Description:
The Associate Wealth Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Brookfield, WI. This role supports senior advisors in delivering comprehensive wealth management services, including preparing financial plans, retirement strategies, and investment recommendations. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client data, participating in client meetings, documenting follow-up actions, and assisting with portfolio reviews and reporting. The Associate Wealth Advisor will help maintain client relationships by responding to inquiries, coordinating with operations and compliance, and ensuring timely execution of service requests. The role also involves ongoing research on financial products, regulatory changes, and market trends to inform client strategies and enhance the advisory team’s effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to support the development of comprehensive client strategies.
Candidates should possess skills in Investments and Finance to analyze portfolios, recommend solutions, and interpret market data.
Candidates should possess skills in Wealth Management Services to deliver integrated advice and maintain high-quality client service.
Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; progress toward CFP®, CFA, or similar designation is preferred.
Prior experience or internship in financial advisory, planning, or investment services is beneficial.
