Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems in a timely manner• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and provide clear step-by-step guidance• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary• Monitor and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications: • Prior experience in customer support or a related field• Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively• Basic technical troubleshooting abilities
