Minimize wste n loss in ll stges of the mnfctring process. Tem Leership n Mngement Recrit, trin, n mnge ll mnfctring n istribtion personnel. Foster positive, proctive, n sfe working environment. Conct performnce reviews, provie coching, n implement professionl evelopment plns for the tem. Schele shifts n mnge lbor resorces effectively. Qlifictions, Reqire Experience, n Skills Minimm of 5 yers of experience in mnfctring or opertions mngement role, preferbly within the cnnbis, phrmceticl, or highly reglte CPG instry. Proven experience in mnging istribtion logistics n complex inventory systems. Strong knowlege of regltory complince within the cnnbis instry is highly preferre. Excellent leership, commniction, n problem-solving skills. Proficiency with see-to-sle trcking softwre (e.g., Metrc, Lef t). Ection Bchelor's egree in bsiness ministrtion, Opertions Mngement, Engineering, or relte fiel. Compenstion The slry rnge for this position is $8, to $1, nnlly, commensrte with experience.
