*This is NOT a job at ForceBrands*Key Responsibilities Own the brand’s digital expression across content, social, paid media, organic, email, SMS, and ecommerce touchpoints. Translate brand strategy into integrated communication, content, and channel plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and optimization strategies. Lead social and content strategy, briefing, and development, using cultural trends and consumer insights to shape relevant brand programming. Own paid-media and CRM strategy across social and traditional channels; manage the paid-media agency and hold it accountable for performance. Drive community growth, user-generated content, creator partnerships, and always-on programming that builds brand relevance and product trial. Manage content development and creator/influencer budgets, while defining the technology stack for social listening, publishing, community management, and creator sourcing. Partner with brand, trade marketing, creative, design, and integrated marketing teams to bring campaigns and cultural partnerships from planning through execution. Lead and develop the Social Media Manager/Content Developer and Community Manager.
Candidate Profile:
3+ years of digital marketing experience within CPG, beverage alcohol, or another regulated B2C/DTC consumer category. Proven experience owning full-funnel paid-media strategy, budgets, agency relationships, performance measurement, and attribution. Strong background in social, content, CRM, ecommerce/digital shelf, creator marketing, and platforms including Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.2+ years of people-management experience, with strong presentation, relationship-building, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills.
