Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead dealership operations and build high-performing teams. This is an opportunity to explore potential leadership opportunities across the Richmond market based on experience, background, and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will be a proven automotive leader with a track record of driving profitability, developing people, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. A stable and progressive employment history is required. Candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities: Lead dealership operations across sales, service, parts, and finance. Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams. Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and regulatory requirements. Manage dealership financial performance, budgets, and expenses. Build strong relationships with customers, associates, manufacturer representatives, and community partners. Foster a positive workplace culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead by example and help create an environment where associates can grow and succeed.

Requirements: Proven experience in automotive dealership management. Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving sales and profitability goals. Strong understanding of dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial and operational data and make sound business decisions. Strong business acumen with a focus on customer experience and associate development.
