Mail Room Clerk Position Responsibilities:
Receive, sort and deliver all mail and packages to the proper destinations. (Offices and Mailboxes, Priory Campus)Assist with copy, binding, scanning and other requests submitted to Office Services Meter all outgoing mail Assist customers at the Office Services window with all requests and questions they might have. Perform other duties as requested, delegated or assigned. Excellent communication and customer service skills Telephone etiquette skills Ability to problem solve and make decisions Ability to take direction and follow through on assigned tasks Basic computer and office skills Maintain a professional work environment and attitude
Requirements:
Must be enrolled at least at part-time, degree-seeking student status at Dominican University. Must be eligible for US employment.
