Description:
Position provides comprehensive administrative and front-office support to Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired (SBVI) staff. This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff by managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, scheduling and confirming appointments for staff, processing mail, maintaining office supplies and informational materials, and assisting counselors and technical staff with day-to-day administrative needs. Position assist 3 Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, 1 Vocational Rehabilitation Tech, 1 Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired Counselor, 1 Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired Tech, and 1 Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired O&M Specialist.
