About the role
- Strong Experience with administering and troubleshooting the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and more.
- Experience administrating, deploying, configuring, Azure services including Azure Computing, Azure Networking, AVD, Windows 365, and Entra ID.Experience with configuring and monitoring Microsoft Defender XDR.Experience working on projects such as: Email Migrations to Office 365, SharePoint·
- Migrations, Entra ID Migrations, Microsoft Intune configurations including Mobile Device Management, and Microsoft Teams Phone deployments.·
- Experience with Firewall, Switch, and Wireless Access Point (WAPs) configuration, administration, and deployments.
- Ability to assist in onboarding new customers.
- This role will be expected to assist on the support desk when needed.
- You have 5+ years of customer service/service industry experience.
- You have 5+ years of relevant engineering/technical experience working with Microsoft platforms and technologies.4+ years of MSP experience is strongly preferred.
- Having Microsoft Certifications is strongly encouraged.
