Warehouse PickerEarn a $1000 bonus! This role qualifies for a $1000 hiring bonus after 60 days of employment or completion of seasonal assignment if you are hired and start working by November 30, 2026. Additional eligibility rules apply. Rogue is hiring 2nd shift seasonal warehouse pickers in Columbus, OH. Warehouse team members pick, pack, crate, and ship products to customers. Team members may be asked to assist in manufacturing. Overtime and weekend availability may be required. Seasonal assignments are anticipated to span November 1st through the middle or end of December. Assignment dates are subject to change based on business needs.2nd: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Monday-Friday
Starting pay: $23.10* *Includes shift differential for 2nd shift
Responsibilities:
  • Use RF scanners to identify, pick and pack outgoing customer orders
  • Use iPad or PC to perform quality checks on outgoing orders
  • Follow processes and procedures to ensure order and packaging quality
  • Lift and carry up to 80lbs
  • Band and wrap outgoing freight orders
  • Safely operate electric pallet jacks to transport products throughout the facility
  • Complete pre-shift inspection to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner
  • Maintain good housekeeping in your work area
Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Safely operate electric pallet jacks and other PIT equipment
  • This role requires continuous walking and/or standing for 7+ hours per day
  • Strong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues
