Responsibilities: Ensure product and process quality by monitoring performance and quality testing, running diagnostic tests, setting standards, and confirming adherence to them. Apply hands-on technical troubleshooting skills to existing processes and quality concerns. Lead root cause analysis in problem-solving and address deviations from standards. Monitor process capability and help ensure permanent improvements are implemented. Mentor production operators and other team members to improve adherence to manufacturing standards and responses to deviations. Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Support process standardization, documentation, and operator training efforts. Lead audits, customer visits, and technical discussions. Foster a plant culture of accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment required. At least 2 years of experience in quality systems, process improvement, or quality assurance required. Minimum 1 year of leadership, management, or supervisory experience required. Knowledge of basic quality, financial, and operations protocols. Strong analytical, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively present information to the management team and other groups. Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills; able to provide constructive advice and feedback. Strong written and verbal communication skills. ABOUT REVOLUTION It’s time to redefine possible.
