About the role
Workplace Operations CoordinatorAlso's Real Estate and Workplace Services team is looking for a Workplace Operations Coordinator with a positive and "can do" attitude to support and coordinate needs between internal teams (Office, Retail, and Partner Retail sectors), vendors, and visitors to ensure the best possible workplace experience at our Seattle, WA, office. This role is required to be onsite up to 5 days a week during business hours.What You Will DoServe as the onsite point of contact for vendors, third parties, and visitors directing access and ensuring safety complianceManage shipping, receiving, and delivery of packages, mail, and office ordersOrder and restock kitchen and office supplies (coffee, snacks, paper goods, cleaning products, office supplies)Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance issues to the Property Manager or Facilities teamSupport basic setup and troubleshooting of IT equipment (monitors, printers, AV, conference room tools) and escalate issues to IT as neededAssist with meeting room setup, catering, and event logistics from planning through executionPerform light cleaning and tidying of common areas and coordinate with janitorial, culinary, and facilities vendors to maintain building performanceSupport onboarding by coordinating office access, providing facility orientations, and ensuring new hire workspaces are ready from day oneTrack and document workplace procedures, building information, and tickets from start to finishServe as the emergency point of contact for the office and escalate issues to appropriate partiesWork cross-functionally with People, Workplace, Commercial, and other teams to support workplace requests, purchase orders, and company eventsOccasionally work evenings or weekends to support off-hours activities such as janitorial access, construction, or special eventsWhat You Will BringHigh School Diploma or GED required.2+ years of experience in managing an office preferably in a corporate environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsProficiency in using a variety of computer software systems and work order systems.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.A hands-on, self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives forward with minimal direction.The rate for this on-site position based in Seattle, WA ranges from $20.00 to $27.00 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications.Perks and BenefitsRobust health coverage.
