About the role

Immix Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a senior accounting professional to own monthly closes, SEC reporting, equity administration, and internal controls in a Nasdaq-listed environment. You will prepare and review 10-Q/10-K, support 8-K and proxy filings, and manage stock-based compensation accounting and equity reporting for the Board.
