Administrative AssistantWe are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized while managing multiple priorities, and provides attentive front-desk and administrative support. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, solid technical ability in office software, and prior experience in multifamily or affordable housing settings.Responsibilities:Manage front-office activities by welcoming visitors, responding to incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.Provide day-to-day administrative support through document preparation, record maintenance, filing, and general office coordination.Enter, update, and verify information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Support property or housing-related administrative processes by maintaining organized resident, applicant, or office records.Use Excel and Word to create reports, track information, prepare correspondence, and maintain routine administrative documents.Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining efficiency in a busy office setting with frequent interruptions.Assist with scheduling, communication follow-up, and other receptionist or clerical duties that help keep operations running smoothly.
