About the role

Delora Care is seeking a driven, field-based Regional Vice President of Sales & Operations to lead expansion across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky, owning the full sales cycle and building strategic partnerships to drive regional revenue. Reporting to the CEO, you will mentor teams, plan market-entry initiatives, maintain client focus and service quality, and travel regularly. Base salary is $125,000–$150,000 with a performance bonus up to $100,000 and profit sharing.
