About the Role: Top Notch Upholstery & Transit Services in Longmont, CO is looking for a skilled and dependable Tire Technician/Mechanic to join our growing team! Responsibilities: Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement on a variety of vehicles Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation levels Conduct wheel alignments and identify suspension or steering issues Diagnose and repair flat tires, including patching and plugging Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to customers or service advisors
Requirements: Prior experience as a tire technician, lube tech, or general mechanic preferred Familiarity with tire mounting and balancing equipment Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
