Representatives work directly with customers while promoting products and services on behalf of our clients within a retail environment. Catalyst Corporation supports campaigns for nationally recognized brands across industries including telecommunications, smart home services, and renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in a retail environment
- Promote client products, services, and current offers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide information on pricing, promotions, and product availability
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Support individual and team sales goals
- Help increase brand awareness through face-to-face customer engagement
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training

- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
