About the role
- Call hiring managers, HR leaders, founders and executives at companies with open roles.
- We will provide the leads with company domain and target people.
- Explain how Darren Caddle can help them fill those roles faster.
- Answer questions and handle objections in a clear, honest way.
- Get interested companies to sign our recruiting agreement.
- Follow up with leads until they make a decision.
- Keep notes on every call and lead. How You Get PaidThis is a commission-only role. There is no base salary, but there is no limit on what you can earn.
- $50 per contract: every time a company signs our recruiting agreement through you.
- $2,000 per close: every time a client you brought in hires a candidate through Darren Caddle. Example: If you sign 20 contracts in a month and 3 of those clients hire through us, you earn $1,000 + $6,000 = $7,000.Why Clients Say Yes

- Experience in telemarketing, cold calling or B2B sales (recruitment or staffing sales is a big plus).
- Clear, fluent English and a confident phone voice.
- Comfortable talking to business owners and senior leaders.
- Self-driven and able to work on your own.
- Can hear "no" and keep going.
- A computer, good internet and a quiet place to work.
- Available during US and Canada business hours.
