Bright Pathways is seeking a BCaBA licensed in Texas to deliver meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision. This role emphasizes partnerships with families and collaborative care, with room to grow within a mission-driven, human-first culture. You’ll guide and support RBTs as collaborators, work with families in relational, empowering ways, help shape our clinical model, and contribute to building a system that brings humanity
