Role Summary:
Our client is seeking two motivated Project Coordinators / Associate Project Managers to support infrastructure projects based in Long Island. These roles start as soon as possible and are expected to last for several years, offering stability and growth opportunities. The positions involve coordinating project activities, conducting walkthroughs, data entry, and traveling between sites to support project execution. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and an interest in infrastructure, technology, or healthcare sectors, with the potential to develop into Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
—Coordinate and support infrastructure projects, including relocations, walkthroughs, and data entry. Travel between project sites to conduct inspections and gather project information. Report to a Project Manager and assist in project documentation and communication. Maintain clear and proactive communication with team members and stakeholders. Assist with project scheduling and tracking, ensuring deadlines are met. Possible overtime or on-call responsibilities as project needs require.
Required Qualifications:
—Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across teams. Experience with data entry and project support activities. Willingness to travel between multiple site locations. Interest in infrastructure, technology, or healthcare project environments. Ability to support relocation projects and conduct walkthroughs.
Preferred Qualifications:
—Experience coordinating relocation or infrastructure projects. Background in IT, technology, healthcare, or financial sectors. Previous experience with project coordination in a construction or facilities environment. Interest in developing into a Project Manager role in the future.
