This is a broad, hands-on People role for someone who can operate strategically with senior leaders while remaining close to the day-to-day work. You might be partnering with leadership on organisational design and workforce planning, coaching a manager through a performance issue, improving a People process or supporting the recruitment of a critical technology hire. We are particularly interested in people from SaaS, fintech or technology businesses who have worked in start-up, scale-up or lean SME environments.
What you'll do:
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent and People strategy
  • Coach managers across employee relations, performance, development and organisational change
  • Own and improve People processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Support recruitment across the business, including technology and product hiring
  • Manage HR policies, systems, compliance and day-to-day People Operations
  • Support compensation, benefits, engagement and employee experience
  • Build strong relationships across a distributed, remote-first workforce
  • Use data, technology and increasingly AI and automation to improve how HR operates
What we're looking for:
  • Strong HRBP / People Partner / HR generalist experience
  • Background within SaaS, fintech, technology or a related high-growth environment
  • Experience operating in a start-up, scale-up, SME or lean People function
  • Strong stakeholder management from employees and managers through to C-suite
  • Hands-on experience across ER, performance management, employment law and HR policy
  • Previous experience personally recruiting technical talent, including engineering or related technology hires
  • Broad People Operations experience across areas such as HR systems, onboarding, compensation and benefits
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
  • Comfortable switching between strategic partnering and operational executionAI & technology
  • You don't need to be an AI expert.
  • We're looking for someone who is curious about AI and excited by how it can improve HR. You should want to experiment, learn and find practical ways to use technology and automation to work smarter.
The opportunity:
  • This is a role for someone who likes ownership.
  • You'll work closely with senior leadership while remaining connected to employees and the everyday People challenges of a growing business.
  • You'll have the freedom to influence, improve and execute, rather than simply advise from the sidelines.$140,000–$170,000 base salary + benefits

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
