About the role

NEOTech in Chatsworth seeks a Director of Program Management to own customer program performance from NPI through production. You will be a member of site senior staff, the second level of escalation on critical program issues, and a senior partner to Business Development. This role requires an experienced EMS program leader who has run customer programs, owned P&L results, and built strong program management teams. It is not an entry point into the industry.
