The skill and proficiency of our team allow us to provide customers with customized, high-quality ASME-compliant tank heads. Objective: Prepare Paperwork for shipments & provide support to the office staff.
Essential Functions:
Answer incoming phone calls Prepare Shipping Documents, Customer Orders, etc., using Excel and ERP System Scan & File Documents Prepare invoices for payment Communication/Coordination with other departments

Teamwork Communication Proficiency Organizational Skills Accuracy Technical Capacity Customer/Client Focus Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The position is primarily sedentary; however, filing is an essential function. You will be required to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. When in the Shop, employees must wear hearing protection, vision protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing.
Shift: Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime as required.
Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements: High School Diploma Proficient in MS Office Software
