Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and clients while efficiently managing day-to-day front desk operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage the scheduling of appointments and meeting room bookings. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Professional appearance and positive attitude.
