About the Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Real Estate Content Assistant to support a high-output real estate content workflow in the Seattle area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys filming, editing, and helping turn real estate activity into polished short-form content. You will work closely with a top-producing real estate agent and content creator, assisting with filming days, video editing, content preparation, and overall media support.
This is not a pure social media posting role, and core filming equipment will be provided. The focus is on helping create clean, engaging, consistent content across real estate, community, and personal brand topics.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with filming property tours, listing videos, market updates, community features, open houses, and behind-the-scenes content
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and similar platforms
Help prepare and organize content before filming, including shot lists, basic scripting support, and shoot-day coordination
Organize footage, project files, captions, subtitles, and content drafts in a clean and efficient workflow
Create simple cover frames, thumbnails, or visual support assets as needed
Help maintain a steady and sustainable content pipeline without sacrificing quality
Support content execution for a fast-moving real estate brand with attention to detail, consistency, and turnaround time
Qualifications
Interest in content creation, video production, editing, digital media, or social media marketing
Comfortable filming with smartphone and/or camera-based setups
Basic understanding of framing, pacing, sound, and short-form storytelling
Able to edit short-form videos with subtitles, clean pacing, and polished presentation
Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva , or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple content pieces
Able to take direction well while also contributing practical ideas and creative support
Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Local availability for in-person filming in the Greater Seattle / Eastside area
Reliable transportation preferred
Preferred / Nice to Have
Prior experience editing short-form content for creators, small businesses, or real estate professionals
Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and current short-form content trends
Interest in real estate, design, architecture, lifestyle content, or community storytelling
Experience helping build a repeatable content workflow for a brand or individual creator
Workload Expectations
Approximately 8–15 hours per week to start
Mix of in-person filming support and flexible editing / content prep time
Some evening or weekend availability may occasionally be needed for listings, open houses, or time-sensitive shoots
Initial workload and output expectations will be adjusted during the first 30–45 days based on workflow, quality, fit, and content volume
What Success Looks Like
Filming days become smoother and more organized
Raw footage is turned into usable content quickly and consistently
Content output becomes more sustainable as volume grows
Videos feel polished, on-brand, and well-paced
The overall content process becomes more efficient and easier to maintain
Equipment
Core filming equipment will be provided.
Candidates are welcome to use their own gear if preferred, but personal equipment is not required for this role.
For the right candidate, this role may grow into a larger content, media, or brand support position over time.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
