Responsibilities: Greets and seats guests (especially 1st time guests protocols) Maintains a timely restaurant wait list Communicates features and promotions Delivers food to tables Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restrooms Assists in taking orders and togo guest payments when needed Performs daily opening and closing duties Communicates restaurant operational needs to managers Maintains a helpful, productive working relationship with the DMO Participates in and maintains positive relationships across FOH and BOH teams Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events
Qualifications: Is willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs Has physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shift Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to train individuals Learner/Coachable
