About the role
Leading complex commercial AV projects, the full-time AV Project Manager III will manage project execution, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring operational readiness and financial health, with the flexibility of optional remote work.
Key responsibilitiesLead large-scale AV projects from planning through service transition, ensuring timely updates and clear expectations for customers
Manage project budgets, labor plans, and profitability while coordinating with engineering, purchasing, and field services
Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining communication with stakeholders and ensuring documentation is accurate and timelyRequired qualifications5+ years of project management experience in commercial AV or technology deployment projects
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and installation sequencing
Proven ability to manage multi-site projects with competing priorities and deadlines
Experience with project budgets, vendor coordination, and project health reporting
Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
