Role Description: This is a part-time, on-site Licensed Massage Therapist role located in Canby, OR. The Licensed Massage Therapist will provide therapeutic massage services tailored to individual patient needs, supporting chiropractic care plans and overall wellness goals. Daily responsibilities include performing various massage modalities, maintaining accurate treatment notes, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The role also involves communicating with chiropractors about patient progress, educating patients on self-care and stress management techniques, and delivering professional, friendly customer service at all times.
Qualifications: Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage skills to address musculoskeletal issues and support overall patient wellness. Experience with Shiatsu or similar modalities to provide targeted, evidence-informed bodywork. Stress Management skills to help patients reduce tension and improve relaxation and recovery. Strong Customer Service skills to interact respectfully and professionally with all patients and team members. Active state license as a Massage Therapist (or eligibility to obtain) and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Ability to work collaboratively with chiropractic and clinical staff in a team-based care setting. Reliable time management, professional demeanor, and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety. CPR/First Aid certification and prior experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting are beneficial.
