Work closely with PBT's service, logistics, sales, and administrative teams to resolve customer needs. Follow company safety procedures and all applicable driving and transportation laws.
What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year of copier/MFP field service experience. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills. Experience configuring and supporting copiers, printers, computers, and related office technology. Working knowledge of networking, print drivers, scanning, and device connectivity. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and develop solutions to unusual technical issues. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to completing service documentation accurately. Ability to work independently in the field while also contributing as part of a larger service team. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid California driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: Toshiba copier/MFP service experience or certification. Experience servicing Brother printers or other A4 devices. Wide-format equipment experience. We're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of a service call from diagnosis through resolution. You should take pride in your work, communicate well with customers, and understand that a successful service call isn't just about fixing the equipment, it's about leaving the customer confident that they're being taken care of.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
