About the role

To support a fast-growing healthcare company, the full-time Healthcare Regulatory Counsel will navigate legal and regulatory complexities, ensuring compliance while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid or fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Review consumer-facing content for legal and regulatory compliance, advising on healthcare advertising requirements Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners while identifying and mitigating contractual risks Monitor emerging regulations and translate them into actionable recommendations for internal teams Required qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar Approximately 4-7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a healthcare or highly regulated environment Working knowledge of FDA and FTC requirements affecting healthcare marketing and advertising Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements Ability to research and interpret evolving regulations and provide practical guidance to non-legal teams
