Buff City Soap Midwest is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to support a customer-centric store environment. You will partner with the GM and Assistant Manager to supervise the Makery, train staff, and coach team members to meet guest service standards in a positive, inclusive culture. Weekends are required. Responsibilities include driving sales, creating daily production lists, ensuring production standards, and leading safety and cash-handling practices.
