About the role
Asphalt Paving Foreman Park Construction Company, a regional Highway/Heavy contractor established in Minneapolis, is searching for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman. The right person will demonstrate a high safety standard, leadership skills, and ability to work in a team environment. This position is within Park's Paving division, and will work on projects in the Minneapolis – St. Paul metropolitan area. Park offers an excellent salary, benefit package, and promotional opportunities.
Requirements:
Foreman experience in the highway, street and bridge construction industry Generally-accepted construction methods for this industry High school or equivalent Lead and organize skilled workers Use and direct the use of heavy equipment pertinent to this industry, as well as with light equipment and tools Use packaged software on laptop computer Understand construction document requirements and blueprints to a sufficiently high degree Park Construction Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
