Pay:
1st Shift:7:00 AM – 3:00 PM |$16.75/hour
2nd Shift:3:00 PM – 11:00 PM |$17.59/hour
3rd Shift:11:00 PM – 7:00 AM |$18.43/hour

Job Responsibilities:
Operate production machines and equipment in a cleanroom environment.
Follow detailed written work instructions and verbal directions.
Perform visual inspections of products according to quality standards.
Use hand tools to perform simple, repetitive secondary operations.
Count, pack, seal, label, and stack finished products.
Record scrap and production information accurately.
Place work-in-process parts in the proper location to prevent mixing with finished goods.
Clean and maintain the work area according to safety and housekeeping standards.
Assist with cleaning tools, machines, and equipment.
Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, butentry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE.
Ability to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect parts visually.
Ability to move equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
