Already started your career in sales but haven't found the right place to grow? Western Alliance Logistics is growing our Miami sales team and looking for ambitious early-career sales professionals who want to develop into independent Account Executives. This program is designed for people who already understand what it means to work in sales. You've made the calls, worked toward targets, handled rejection, and know that this is the career you want to pursue. Now, you need the right environment to develop. You'll work directly with experienced sales leaders while building real pipeline, prospecting new customers, developing your B2B sales skills, and learning the U.S. and Canadian transportation markets. The goal is simple: build the skills and freedom to manage and grow your own book of business. What You'll Do Prospect and engage potential customers through calls and emails Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities Identify customer transportation needs and position appropriate solutions Develop cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Learn the U.S. and Canadian transportation markets while working alongside experienced Account Executives and meeting performance targets What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a related field required Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience required, B2B sales experience is an asset Experience with prospecting, cold calling, business development, or customer acquisition Competitive, ambitious, and results-driven Strong communicator who is comfortable building relationships over the phone English required; Spanish or French is an asset Why WAL Direct coaching and mentorship from experienced sales leaders Hands-on B2B sales and business development experience Clear performance expectations and regular feedback Defined progression toward becoming an independent Account Executive Fast-paced, competitive team environment Long-term earning potential tied directly to performance Benefits Health and dental insurance plans, partly subsidized Paid time off On-site gym & in-office ping pong table Miami office with bay views and an outdoor patio Company events and team activities Health & wellness initiatives Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Day Shift | In-Person in Miami, FL You've started your career in sales.
