About the role
Aretum is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support federal workforce planning and staffing by coordinating hiring actions. The role will manage position descriptions, personnel requests, and improve workforce processes while developing reports and partnering with stakeholders to support recruitment, organizational readiness, and talent management. Due to the nature of federal consulting work, employees may handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must follow safeguarding and compliance
