About the role

My client is seeking an Account Executive to develop and grow business throughout Louisiana for a market-leading provider of critical emergency communication solutions serving commercial and multifamily properties. This is a field-based, outside sales position focused on new business development. The ideal candidate is a true hunter who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and creating opportunities within a developing territory. What You'll Receive• Uncapped earning potential with realistic first-year earnings of $85K-$100K• $115K-$120K+ earnings at plan• Top performers earning $200K-$250K+ annually• $500/month car allowance• Annual incentive trip for top performers• End-of-year bonus opportunities• Comprehensive training and leadership support What You'll Do• Develop new business throughout Louisiana• Build relationships with property managers, building owners, and management companies• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations• Manage a sales cycle averaging approximately 30 days• Leverage an existing prospect database and national partner relationships while generating new opportunities Ideal Background• Outside B2B sales experience• Proven history of prospecting and developing business• Experience carrying a quota and working in a performance-driven environment• Competitive, resilient, and motivated by growth and earnings• Telecom, property management, service-based sales, or similar backgrounds are a plus Location• Louisiana (preferably Baton Rouge)This opportunity offers the ability to join a growing organization, inherit a market with significant opportunity, and build a long-term career within a highly supportive sales culture.
