As an Operator, you will be responsible for: Performing daily production operations while following all applicable safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures; complete work in a timely manner while maintaining excellent standards. Operating multiple machines simultaneously. Daily communication with Engineering teams, planners, Sales, and Management on a level necessary to allow closed-loop communication of assembly and scheduling issues. Inspection of purchased parts, components, and equipment. Work effectively in a multi-team environment; communicate with sales, planning, engineering, and management teams regarding assembly and scheduling issues. To be successful in this role you will: Have High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution. Be available to work Swing shift- Monday through Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm and overtime and weekends as needed. Have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, customer service (retail, food-service, etc.), clerical, technical, and/or mechanical. Have a good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment. Be willing to learn and follow internal Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to ensure compliance. Have the ability to operate material moving equipment and/or obtain the necessary certification. Work with small parts and read fine text. Have the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Have the ability to read and interpret routine instructions. Work with approved chemicals. Lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted. Be able to pass basic solder training.
