About the role
Massive Bio is seeking a Patient Growth Manager to lead the engine that identifies cancer patients and enrolls them into clinical trials, beginning with patient identification and eligibility assessment and guiding them through to site referral and enrollment. You will work across internal teams and external partners to drive throughput, remove friction, and scale operations globally, including building and leading a project management team to expand delivery capacity.
