About the role

The Shores, a UMC Community, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to perform daily repair tasks in a senior living environment. You will address resident repair requests, perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, and help manage supplies, while maintaining safe and well-functioning building systems. This full-time role offers shifts from 9am to 5pm, 11am to 7pm, or 12pm to 8pm, with every other weekend and a holiday rotation.
