Overview
Role:
AIOps Sr Engineer JDImplementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Ansible and Dynatrace tools. Technical leadership of the delivery team. End to end responsibility for identifying use cases, designing and delivery in staging, production environments and Platform integration Working on weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for customer Stake holder and Multi-Vendor Coordination. Deployment and Go Live planning Coordination with users, Service Management. Ensuring the Certifications and Technical requirements Ensuring the implementation of nonfunctional requirements Working under the solution architect to deliver the planned solution at the client environment Being a part of the BAU support team for the automation solution 2+ Years Strong experience in dashboard development 2+ Implementation experience using Orchestration tools (Ex: Ansible, Service Now ITOM, MS- System Center, IPSoft)
