This company and role is very collaborative, will have multiple different engineering areas underneath them, and will report to the C-Suite and owners directly.The Director owns engineering portfolio and resource management across multiple disciplines and sites, leading through functional managers responsible for Design Engineering, Product Testing, and Fixture Engineering. This role includes direct leadership of the Fixture Design Engineering team and indirect oversight of broader engineering functions.
